Moulin Roty was founded in France in 1972 by a group of 20 friends. They renovated an old decrepit Mill and began screen printing and making craft items like lamps, jewellery and decorative items. In 1975 they produced two items, a soft car and a soft rag doll, that were a huge success. Forty years on the company produced 1.5 million products shipped all over the world! They are a household name in France for beautiful hand crafted soft toys, with lots of character!
